Nice và clean beach và pools. Deluxe room is spacious. However food is a minus, not many choices, taste is not good.
Check in and kiểm tra out process are rather slow. When kiểm tra in, concierge didn't prepare in advance for the guests information and booking. They couldn't find our booking then conclude that we have gone the wrong hotel. The attitude showing that they suspect us we don't know what we booked. They don't explain the room number 1007 is floor 1. We all thought floor 10. Until we asked to change khổng lồ highest floor, they made no effort by denying at once as fully booked for whole block. Room kiểm tra out again so depressed us. Normally other 5 stars khách sạn they just asked if you used any things of minibar. Shall we said no we can kiểm tra out immediately. Here they asked the staff from the east wing flied to the west wing and kiểm tra piece by piece. We said we will be late for the shuttle bus on 11am. Can you please tốc độ up. They still insist this is their standard process. Besides, another point to add in - even we pre-paid for the night but they still asked for deposit of 2 million vnd. Other we submit our id card then no need deposit. What is the point here? Please don't let the so local style lớn ruin this resort. Furniture inside doesn't well maintained. We expect more than this.
